Asbestos in your soil? We'll clear it.

Found fragments in the garden? They rarely stop at the surface.
It usually starts small — a broken shard of super-six fencing in a garden bed, grey fragments turning up while you dig footings, or debris left behind from a demolition decades ago. The problem is what you can't see: weathered asbestos breaks down and spreads through soil, and every dig, mow over bare ground or kids' play in the yard risks disturbing it. You can't legally put it in the bin, you shouldn't pick it up unprotected, and ignoring it doesn't make it go away — especially when it's time to build, landscape or sell.
From contaminated to certified clean — one team, start to finish.
We define exactly where the contamination is, remove it lawfully, and prove the ground is clean when we're done.
-
Scoped, not assumed
We assess and test first to map the actual contaminated zone — so you pay to remediate the area that needs it, not the whole block.
-
Removed the right way
Hand-pick surface fragments or excavate affected soil — contained, transported and disposed of at a licensed facility with full documentation.
-
Validated clean
Post-remediation validation testing confirms the soil left behind is clear — a result you can hand to a builder, buyer or certifier.
-
One responsible contractor
Testing, removal, disposal and clearance under one licensed, $20M-insured team — no gaps between a tester, a digger and a disposal company.
When soil remediation is the right call.
-
After a fence comes down
Old super-six fencing sheds fragments along the fence line for years — we clear the strip and validate it before new fencing or landscaping goes in.
-
Before you build or extend
Fragments found during excavation can stop a site dead. We remediate and certify so trades can get back on the tools.
-
Buried demolition debris
Pre-1990 homes were often demolished with the rubble buried on-site. We delineate, dig and dispose lawfully.
-
Buying or selling with a known issue
A validated, certificate-backed remediation turns a deal-breaker into a closed item on the contract.

Assess. Remove. Validate. Certify.
- 1
Site assessment & testing
We inspect the area, test soil and fragments, and map the extent of contamination — with a fixed-price scope before any work starts.
- 2
Controlled removal
Surface picking or excavation under controlled conditions, with the area contained and all material disposed of at a licensed facility.
- 3
Validation & clearance
Follow-up testing confirms the remaining soil is clean. You receive clearance documentation and disposal records for your files, builder or buyer.
Asked before you book
Do you have to dig up the whole yard?
Almost never. Assessment and testing define the contaminated zone first — most residential jobs are a fence line, a garden bed or a single work area, not the block.
Can't I just pick the pieces up myself?
Surface fragments are the visible part of the problem, and handling or binning asbestos waste outside licensed disposal is illegal in Queensland. Unprotected clean-ups also risk spreading fibres into the exact soil you're trying to fix.
What does it cost?
It depends on area and depth, which is why we scope first and quote a fixed price before work starts — no hourly creep, no surprise truck fees, disposal included.
Will this be a problem when I sell?
The opposite — validated remediation with clearance documentation answers the question before a buyer's inspector asks it.
